Cheesy Pearl Onions

Place broccoli in a 913 glass baking dish.

Cheesy pearl onions. Repeat layering and spray the top layer of bread crumbs with cooking spray. Add the nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. In saucepan melt butter and add flour cook 3 to 4 minutes Add cream cheese and seasonings and simmer until thick.

Using a paring knife peel onions and set aside. Trim off the ends of each onion then cut a shallow X into each trimmed end. Hold the onions under cold running water in a colander to cool them then trim the tips off and slice a shallow X at each end.
