Enjoyed some super fresh Ono from our beautiful Hawaiian waters. Bake the fillets for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork and has reached an internal temperature of 145 F. In a small baking pan pour the melted butter.

Served with a nice Shallot Garlic Capers and Parsley Sauce that I whipped up in minutes. Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat 12 knuckle deep Garlic salt and pepper fillets to personal preference. Then start adding the rice and reduce the heat.
